We are a small collective of down to earth psychologists who are passionate about reducing the stigma associated with seeing a mental health professional.

We love ocean, plants and everything that can help boost wellbeing and our practice reflect that. We’ve create a safe, calming safe for you to get support.

During our sessions, we do more than just talk, we support you to find what works for you, integrating mind and body strategies.
