Alicia is a registered psychologist with a passion for helping others improve their mental health and wellbeing.

She has worked with people from a wide range of settings and industries including high stress occupations such as construction, mining, health, defence, and emergency services. In addition to her general training as a psychologist.

Alicia has undertaken postgraduate training, completing a Master of Applied Psychology in Organisational Psychology.

Alicia has a particular interest in supporting people who are experiencing workplace difficulties such as stress, anxiety, burnout, interpersonal conflict, bullying, low motivation and job satisfaction, and reduced performance. She also has experience in helping people with career planning and navigating career transitions and change. Alicia also has a keen interest in helping people improve their ability to cope with stress in and out of the workplace so they can perform at their best and get the most out of life.
