We are a small private practice located in Alfred Cove, halfway between Perth and Fremantle. Our mission is to provide evidence-based interventions to help our clients find their path to living a life where they flourish and thrive. We are dedicated to reducing the stigma associated with seeing a mental health professional by creating a calm sanctuary for our clients and being our friendly, down to earth selves. If you want to come to work in jeans that’s absolutely okay
What We Do
We deliver services face-to-face and via Telehealth to adults. We also provide services to a small number of younger children and adolescents who want someone to listen to them rather than just hear what they are struggling with.
We receive referrals from a range of sources, however many of our clients self-refer, telling us they liked the vibe and we stood out from other psychology practices. As soon as clients walk into the practice, they take a relaxing breath and tell us they feel instantly calm and welcomed.

Our Clients
Our clients are motivated, psychologically minded and highly engaged which is rewarding for our therapists. Many of our clients are professionals looking for support to assist them more effectively navigate the pressures and challenges they experience in their busy lives by building skills and strategies to create sustainable change. A number of our clients like to check in on a regular basis as part of their overall wellbeing.
We work mainly with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, low self-worth, and adjustment to stressful life events and transitions. We support our clients to flourish and thrive by offering them a range of therapy modalities to meet their individual needs. We are passionate about holistic wellbeing, resilience and positive psychology, in addition to traditional psychological approaches.
