Are you a psychologist looking for a change?

If you are tired of unrealistic caseloads that contribute to burnout or agency policies that get in the way of doing what you actually love to do, there is another option.

We are a small private practice located in Alfred Cove, halfway between Perth and Fremantle who care about the wellbeing of our team members as much as our clients.

As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for the right psychologist to join our team to help us help more people.

What We Do

Our mission is to provide evidence-based interventions to help our clients find their path to living a life where they flourish and thrive.

We are dedicated to reducing the stigma associated with seeing a mental health professional by creating a calm sanctuary where both our clients and team members feel relaxed.

As soon as clients walk into our practice, they take a relaxing breath and tell us they instantly feel calm and welcome.

We are committed to providing a supportive  environment for our team members so they flourish and thrive too!

We are always interested in connecting with psychologists who share our passion for wellbeing.

Our Clients

Our clients are motivated, psychologically minded and highly engaged which is rewarding for our therapists. Many of our clients are professionals looking for support to assist them more effectively navigate the pressures and challenges they experience in their busy lives by building skills and strategies to create sustainable change. A number of our clients like to check in on a regular basis as part of their overall wellbeing.

We work mainly with anxiety, workplace stress and trauma, burnout, perfectionism, low self-worth, and adjustment to stressful life events and transitions. We support our clients to flourish and thrive by providing  a range of therapy modalities to meet their individual needs.

We are passionate about holistic wellbeing, resilience and positive psychology, in addition to traditional psychological approaches.

If you have experience providing evidence-based trauma interventions to military and emergency service workers there is scope for working in this area.
