Perhaps you’re feeling stuck and are questioning what happiness is or what you want to do with your life.
If this sounds like you, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to live your life feeling like this.
The Wellbeing Psychologist is here to support you find practical ways to improve your wellbeing so you can thrive and live the life you want to live!
Your Wellbeing is our focus
Lead by Dr Tarmala Caple, a psychologist with over 20 years of experience, we are a small collective of down-to-earth psychologists who are passionate about reducing the stigma associated with seeing a mental health professional.
Our practice has a nice calming vibe full of plants and ocean themes. You might even see us in our yoga gear.
We do more than just talk. We support you to find what works for you, integrating mind and body strategies. Seeing a psychologist involves building a collaborative and supportive relationship so you can move from the way things are in your life to the way you want them to be.
Our team of psychologists uses an individualised approach to suit your preferences, needs, and lifestyle.
Our motto is “Working together to find what works for you”.
