Yoga can be a helpful therapy for learning to manage anxiety. However, not all yoga practices are effective for anxiety, some postures and breathing techniques stimulate rather than calm the body and mind.
This is why we have designed a 4-week yoga course for anxiety relief. This program focuses on postures and breathing techniques that settle and soothe your mind and body, promoting a state of relaxation. You'll learn how to tolerate uncomfortable bodily sensations so common in anxiety, create a sense of safety by reversing the fight-or-flight response, increase self-acceptance and strengthen a sense of self.
